Minnesota Softball Camps Summer 2012
Elite Camp: Monday June 11 - Wednesday June 13
9:00am - 4:00pm Cost:$385
Located on the University of Minnesota Campus at Jane Sage Cowles Softball Stadium, this camp is designed to work with advanced softball athletes entering grades 8-12 in the fall of 2012. Camp instructors will work with campers on all aspects of the game (hitting, defense, pitching, catching and game strategy). The major emphasis will be to prepare athletes for an advanced level of competition through individual and team development in a competitive environment. Click Here to register for Elite Camp.
Rookie Camp: Tuesday August 7 - Thursday August 9
9:00am - 3:00pm Cost:$300
Located on the University of Minnesota Campus at Jane Sage Cowles Softball Stadium, this camp is designed to work with advanced softball athletes age 9-12, providing great instruction for campers of all skill levels in a fun-filled and competitive environment. The emphasis will be on individual skill development in all parts of the game. Campers will be placed with others of similar age and skill level. Click Here to register for Rookie Camp.
Team Camp
Cost:$450
Please contact Piper Ritter for more information on dates and times. This is an opportunity for your team to practice THE GOPHER WAY! Bring your entire softball team for its own team camp. Gopher coaches will lead your team through a practice (hitting, defense, pitching, catching, and team play). Players will learn skills from the Gopher coaches and coaches will have a first hand opportunity to see how we structure practice and run drills. Pick the date and time your team wants to come workout! Sign-up for this camp closes June 8, 2012.
NCAA Bylaw 13.4.3.1.2.1 states that it is permissible for camps to be advertised towards a particular audience (e.g., elite camp), but advertisements or promotions must indicate that the camps are open to any and all (limited only by number, age, grade level and gender).
Refund Policy: Refunds can be made up to 24 hours before the start of each camp ($25 processing fee). No refunds will be given after 24 hours before the camp starts.
